I am so excited to be joining Stone Mountain Elementary School as the new Proud Principal; I am just one part of an amazing leadership team. I am proud to be part of such a strong school community that is focused on banding together with all stakeholders in order to give all of our scholars the opportunity to continuously grow educationally and emotionally.

Although I am new to Georgia, and the Dekalb County Schools, I come to you with 21 years of educational experience - 11 years as a teacher and 10 years as an administrator. I am committed to adding value to SMES by having a sense of urgency to educate our students, being intentional in my actions to help Move the Mountain, and having a laser-like focus on the needs of our students, faculty/staff, and families.
